Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI

The I.G.P. (PGI – Protected Geographical Identification) designation was introduced to meet a very specific need: to be able to serve every day, at family dinner tables and in restaurants, a product that stands out for its excellent flavour, strong character and versatility, and with certified origin.
It would be an oversimplification to describe the enjoyment of the product we wanted to create, including its three-year aged version, by considering only its value for money. We would like to give private individuals, restaurateurs and customers peace of mind that our products are of the highest quality and that there is no need to worry about using too much of it.
The peace of mind of knowing that our small elegant bottles contain only musts and vinegars made from our own grapes, produced according to strict procedural guidelines and aged in oak barrels in our cellars, which are also rigorously inspected.
The peace of mind of being able to serve an easy-to-use product, which is ideal for all dishes, whether cooked or raw.
