Recommended Recipe: Escalope with Poesia Invecchiato Balsamic Vinegar
Melt a generous amount of butter in a frying pan over low heat, dredge the slices (of veal or pork) in flour and turn them over in the butter over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt, then the Poesia Invecchiato Balsamic Vinegar and mix the meat slices. As soon as it starts to thicken, add 2 tablespoons of water and finish cooking, making sure that the vinegar, which is already naturally thick, mixes well with the flour to create the famous natural balsamic cream.



Aged 3 years in oak barrels, black with clear reflections, excellent combination of sweetness and acidity. Ideal as a condiment in cooking. Suitable for a perfect balsamin sauce.
