Ancient Vinegar Cellar

TOUR AND TASTE
If you are interested in finding out more not only about the taste of our products but also about where they are made and the work and passion that go into making them, we organise guided tours with tastings at our old vinegar cellar, which houses almost 600 barrels of various sizes made of different types of wood, collected by the Rossi-Serafini family between 1900 and 1956. Our aim is to help visitors understand the underlying spirit of a tradition that fascinates with its slow pace and its methods.
Visits with tastings are absolutely free of charge and include a tasting of our “black gold” at various stages of ageing. Optionally, the visits can be combined with lunch and/or dinner for groups (in which our products take centre stage) or with an overnight stay at our cosy Bed & Breakfast.
THE VINEYARD
Few kilometers away from the Ancient Vinegar Cellar stands the manor of the Poeta with the vineyards where the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. is produced.
