Recipe: Chicken strips with white Balsamic Vinegar

Dredge the chicken, cut into thin strips, in flour and sauté in a bit of olive oil with a pinch of salt. While cooking, add the white Lacrima Balsamic Vinegar until you get a creamy base. Arrange it on a plate and garnish with some chopped parsley.



It is a highly accurate combination of white wine vinegar and a concentrated white grape must. By using special equipment, it is carefully filtered in order to preserve as much of its organoleptic properties as possible as well as its natural light colour.
